We've all heard the old saying that we must live life to the fullest so here I am attempting to do just that! After the death of my husband, Captain Brian Scott Freeman, in 2007, I not only put my life on hold to raise my two children, Gunnar and Ingrid, but frankly I lost myself trying to hide from the unbearable  grief.  However, it is now time that I reclaim my life and live it to its potential. My Maine Purpose will serve as a vessel to share my inspirations, thoughts,and experiences as I embark on this  journey. The adventure begins in the later part of June 2022. After I watch my eldest graduate high school, I am packing up the family and heading east.  We will be driving (along with our Great Dane puppy and two cats) all the way from sunny San Diego, CA to breathtaking Columbia Falls Maine. In Columbia Falls, I have a beautiful old general store waiting for me to fix up and reopen. Its going to be a wild ride and I would love to have you enjoy the crazy stories that are sure to come!
